Mariana Manzano Meléndez is the Founding Partner and Director of the Firm. Her professional practice focuses on Corporate Law, Banking and Finance, Mercantile, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contracts, Industrial Property and Copyrights.
She holds a Masters Degree in Law from Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara, where she obtained her degree in Law and completed her postgraduate studies on Obligations and Contracts and Mercantile Partnerships, also with honors.
Mariana Manzano is fluent in English language, and she obtained a specialization in advanced Political, Economical and Social Sciences with Magna Cum Laude at University of Notre Dame, in South Bend Indiana.
